Chill decreases movement speed by 15% per stack. Targets are unable to act at 6 stacks. Electric Ice Cream deals 114% damage per sec for 10 sec. Increases Ice Storm damage by 37%.
      • Lodestone Field: Fill the air with a magnetic charge to augment your attacks.  Grants a stack of Lightning Charge. If you already have Lightning Charge, consume all stacks and cast Call Lightning instead, dealing 260% damage, plus an additional 36% damage per stack.  Permanently enhances Thunderbolt. When Lightning Charge stacks, inflicts 76% damage to nearby enemies and increases evasion by 10% per stack. Gain stacks by casting Handy Lightning or Electric Ice Cream, or by getting hit. Increases Thunderbolt damage by 37%.
      • Perfect Storm: Attack with a perfect blend of ice and electricity.  Summon a bolt of ice and a bolt of electricity, each dealing 187% damage. • Playing with Fire: You've befriended a mischievous fire spirit.  Permanently grants Dancing Flames. Casting Flame Tornado temporarily grants Flame Imp.  Dancing Flames removes the spirit cost of Flame Wave and increases Flame Tornado damage by 111%.  Flame Imp lasts for 10 sec, guaranteeing a critical when Ember hits and granting a 22% chance to trigger Party Time on critical hit. Party Time resets Barbeque Party's cooldown and allows it to be cast instantly.
      • Little Meteor: Summon a meteor to strike enemies. Sometimes summons something else by mistake. Deals 1484% damage and grants Enlightenment. Deals an additional 148% damage to targets hit with Flame Tornado. Enlightenment causes Ember to strike twice, dealing 253% damage and then 260% damage at no spirit cost.

The converted item is lost in the process.
